Closeup Headshot of a Loon Swimming on a Lake | Limited Edition of 10
Category: Posters, Prints, & Visual Artwork
Common Loon or Great Northern Diver, portrait, swimming on a lake in Northern Ontario
I captured an intimate moment of a loon swimming on the lake with water droplets splashing around it. The loon is the star of the photo, with its head and neck in sharp focus, showing off its intricate feather patterns and bright red eye. The background is blurred out, creating a sense of depth and isolation, focusing all attention on the loon. The water droplets add a sense of motion and energy to the photograph. This photo was taken at a lake in the province of Ontario, Canada, where the loons are a common sight during the summer months.
